I try to be open about my anxiety issues myself to help people understand that sometimes i just have bad days. I also feel like it helps other people who may be going through the same to know they arent alone. Think of your honesty as education and help, it might help you too!

I wish I could be more open with my cross to bear but I keep feeling judged and inferior by people I confide in. It might just be my own paranoia but it's hard times recently.
