They're usually pretty adaptable.. since she's still ambulatory, she'll likely be a bit nervous and hiding for a bit.. but should be able to eat/drink etc. ok

How can I cuddle her or help her to the litter tray etc? Going up and down stairs?

See if you can't go with some small baby clothes instead of a cone of. If the cone is to keep the baby from licking the wound then really small baby clothes can be used to do the same and not lose the peripheral vision that a cone would have. Sending feline cuddles from my 3

Our cat even navigated hiding under our bed with her cone. Steps were tough but other than that she adapted better than we did!
