I’ve been fighting self harm urges for over a year now, and it does not get any easier.

Only 2 things that helped me: massive distraction (wow) and drawing on myself. I am my scars.

WoW/Overwatch are my favorite distractions. And I tend to spend exorbitant amounts of time on them as necessary. But other than that I don’t really possess a better way for myself to unfocus from that which breaks me down.

My kid lives overwatch but it's too intense for me. How do you do it

Either Junkrat or Mercy. I can’t pick up on others. I’m an okay Reinhardt. But healing and blowing things up soothes me more than tanking. I also only play once or twice a week. Cram it all in for the week in a short span, because too much time on it makes me feel weird.

I'm a simple girl who can't shoot. I play Reinhardt. Sit on the payload and hammer things in the face

I actually took a year off Overwatch after being so stoked for release, because I’m really bad at shooter games.

My kid is scarily good at it. Took him to an arcade in London and he won a lot of prizes on arcade games age 12! I'm terrible
