Only 2 things that helped me: massive distraction (wow) and drawing on myself. I am my scars.

WoW/Overwatch are my favorite distractions. And I tend to spend exorbitant amounts of time on them as necessary. But other than that I don’t really possess a better way for myself to unfocus from that which breaks me down.
