Self care election night. If you know it will elevate your anxiety, and want to avoid this, make a plan for tonight, and for tomorrow. Plan a movie or single player game marathon. Results can wait until you're strong enough to hear them.

Unfortunately we watched "Enola Holmes" the other night. I say "unfortunately" as we found it to be wonderful and delightful, and would have been a great movie to soothe our nerves tonight. Very good suggestion overall as to how to reduce stress/anxiety.

There's so much I haven't seen -- would rather find new stuff. I'm rather enjoying Once Upon a Time -- then again, it does remind me of politics a bit.

Try something totally unlike now. Cowboys, Asia, historical romance, sci fi. I'll hold you accountable if it is any help

You're wonderful. Thank you. I'll probably use the time to prepare for the XPAC instead ;) How are YOU doing?

Not well at the moment, luv, and uni bureaucracy is being such a giant dick that I'm not enrolled yet, and missed 6 weeks of a 10 week module so far. Also under incredibly financial stress, without income

I'm so sorry to hear all of that. You're brilliant and bust your ass. This is complete BS that they treat you this way. I have faith that you'll persevere somehow, but it's unfair that they're putting you under extra, completely unneeded, stress.

Better me than someone who can't take it.
