Mental health tip in general, but especially those of you working from home: Get dressed, shower. Just as if you were going into the office/leaving the house. I don't remember the science words, but IT DOES HELP.

I'm not too good about it personally, but for other reasons than my mental health and right now I need all the mental health boost I can. Plus its not optional for other RL reasons atm.
