Don't see remote desktop app access as relating to this. The game is not hosted on a cloud server.https://www.splashtop.com/remote-desktop-access-vs-cloud-computing …
I've been using Splashtop for years to remote into my own personal desktop, not a cloud service, to clean out mailboxes and relist auctions.
"Third-party server" I feel is the key term here. It's my personal computer.
I mean.. talking about things that could be construed as against the TOS/EULA on social media also is probably a bad idea
My Twitter is not connected to my Blizzard account and I don't have my friend code public. Bottom line is the distinction between "Cloud Computing" and "Remote Desktop". I'm confident that remote desktop access is NOT against the TOS/EULA in the same way that multiboxing isn't.
I think it is helpful to ensure that EULA is followed, Ash. I think it is a little murky and clarity would help ppl
Definitely is vague.. purposely for most companies unfortunately.. keeping them vague allows them the most amount of control.. I was mostly joking but you have a much wider audience than me or Siilver and would hate to see your account suspended
