While I personally don't tickle anyone, growing up I usually heard "tickletickletickle" or "ticka ticka", "coochie coo" was more of an old aunties kind of thing. I have never heard of "skitch a skitch" before this moment. As to why, I'm not sure.

In our house it was always “I’m gonna getcha...I’m gonna getcha....getcha getcha getcha!!” With like fake-scary stalking and wiggling fingers before actually getting tickled. I think it started as a game with the cats and just moved over to us kids? Idk
