That's too bad! A really nice aged balsalmic vinegar is almost like a sweet sherry. In fact in some parts of Italy, it's served on its own in a cordial glass. Well, more for us I guess! :))

Don't need anything else! Although I wouldn't say no to some nice briny olives, fresh or sun-dried tomato, torn basil leaves, and … yes … anchovy. I frakkin' love anchovies. :))
