I always think about 'what got me to the show'. Portion control, cut out the stupid stuff out of the diet and if I'm going to stumble, limit the damage.

I told Sandy the other day There will be some days I need the loving, caring person you can be. There will be days I need the drill instructor to tell me to get off my butt and go. It just depends on the day and the motivation needed.

Yeah, my husband and I are usually in it together, sort of keep checks thing. We do pretty good, until one of us gets sick and we don't get back to it, or we get busy and skip a couple days and then it all falls apart. This time I have little reminders and notes to keep at it.
