Suggestions, since you asked: - How are you today? - How is everyone in chat today? - Negative, just don't say - Negative, just don't say - Have you tried <game>? What do you think compared to this one? - brb (No need to say why)

you dont have to say much at all. a simple "how are you today?" as a greeting shows you care. and a goodbye message can be "be well!" or "take care". if they have mentioned not feeling well then u can ask specifically if they are feeling better and such.

some people like myself....we just naturally look tired all the time. i have bags under my eyes and i dont wear makeup so if someone said, "you look tired" sure id know they meant well, but at the same time thats just how i look and ive heard it so many times XD

Things like the last one should be left at "be back in a little while". Don't tell them where you're going. Comments on appearance should be left alone, but you might be able to ask if someone has been busy instead of saying they look tired. Suggestions for other games...

Honestly that one is hard for me as it feels dishonest to not give all the info.

...could be just "have you played <game> ? I hear it's popular". Mentioning viewer count or activity of streamer is probably not a good idea unless it's an attempt to gain more viewers/initiate chat amongst viewers.

It's more " I thought you had branded yourself as an X player? I'm lost, is this temporary or permanent change?"
