I can confirm that they aren’t for some businesses and then they pull health and safety as their reason but it’s hits nothing to do with health and safety

@Mementh oh - I know. I have worked for some of those companies. But, when looking for a job/career - I keep those things in the "requirements" list vs. the "perks" list. Hugs, sadly I know I’m not the most skilled of people so therefore I know employers are going to look at give me less because of it

Yea I walked into one interview with a crutch and I saw straight away that I wouldn’t be getting the job by the look on the interviewers face. What annoyed me is that I knew I’d just been picked for the interview because I’m disabled and it ticks off one of their little boxes

That’s terrible.. everyone can contribute, everyone has skill. Just need an opportunity, and to understand they have the power to make it happen!
