I wouldn’t. I don’t think there’s ever be enough. I need to be able to leave work at work, and I already have enough trouble sleeping without the prospect of getting phone calls in the middle of the night.

One person should never offer 24/7 support. You need to be able to switch off from your job and 24/7 would never allow for that. (sorry I know that wasn't the answer you were looking for)

One person should never offer 24/7 support. Set core “working hours” and offer a Service License Agreement (SLA). “If you submit an email after X:00PM, you can expect a response within xx hours”. Sets a reasonable expectation for yourself and the clients.

Ok my service licence is 0 hours. It's not on offer.
