Yes. I posted nsfw pics. I'm centred enough that having skin, having sexuality, is one part of my humanity. There are many other parts too.

I mean. I drew a picture of my BF as a butt. And posted it everywhere. I don't understand sfw vs nsfw period I guess

Its "I could click this in front of my boss" I guess. Sexuality is only one part of me, a small part, but a part I won't repress

companies are being more strict on sexual harassment in the workplace. So someone walks past a workstation and sees a 'semi nude' pic and is offended. Hence Not Safe For Work. I generally consider it a public service to not post self nudes. Don't want to cause eye damage

I think your wording here is a bit poor, fwiw, but yes, sexual harassment can be pulled from viewing porn at work. I think we both understand that.

Best thing about poor wording: opportunity to learn, in kind environment

indeed. I didn't mean to come across as harsh :) But I know of cases in which porn actually was used in order to harass coworkers. Frankly, it's just.. not really workplace acceptable

Glossed over is when management says 'boys will be boys'. But then I've seen the reverse as well. A group of women were harassing a very nice guy because they thought it was funny. With the female supervisor saying 'o, they are just having fun'. You didn't come off harsh.

I don't want to get into this here. Suffice to say: this is not equal.
