I dont care who you are, EVERY streamer needs to educate themselves about chargebacks. I got some vids, but basically, a chargeback is a disputed transaction. Talking to a guy now who had someone donate 23 times for a total of $70, all the donations got disputed (1/?)

coulda been some kid using his parent's card, coulda been some dick trying to gain temporary favor from the streamer with intent of charging back, who knows. But dude is looking at 23 chargeback fees of $20 each, yeah, $460 PLUS losing the $70. if that $70 was spent, $500 loss

plus, whatever fees the streamer paid to have that $70 processed, he is out of that too, wont be much, usually 3%. Get too many chargebacks and your payment processor (like paypal for instance) could just up and close your account and refuse to do business with you.
