An alchemist can transmute the others into them, you can trade in primal spirits to the vendor at your garrison at 15 primals per 1 earth, or worst case buy them from the AH, but you’ll likely not find them very cheap. They are also sometimes in LW, JC, BS & Ins work orders.

My pleasure, your majesty. Part way through Legion, due to garrison neglect, my stock of sorcerous earth ran dry. Alchemy kept my tailors happy for awhile. & I prioritized which orders I 100% needed to maintain for a steady supply.
