I didn't test or look at the new dumper yet, but from what I've read about, it just looks like a cheap copy of Vitamin to me

well, if it is indeed the dumper used for Tokyo Xanadu, Odin Sphere etc- compatibility should be way better than Vitamin 1.0/1.1

yes, but this new dumper does not have full compatibility.. and no update/dlc support. Vitamin is better (1.2)
