Shelley Hack on LN, 10-10-84 intro: "my first guest tonight, a talented actress, a very attractive young woman. She actually started her career at the age of 14 as a model; on television, she was one of 'Charlie's Angels,' but then again who wasn't."

Cheryl Ladd, 5-22-85 intro: "America will always remember my next guest from her role as Kris Munroe on one of my favorite television programs ever [laughter]. It was of course 'Charlie's Angels.'" [more laughter]

Never seen that one. That the LA-shot ep where Johnny comes out with his fold-up desk?

Johnny and shows in L.A. were the week before. This was back in NY.

Looking at epguides - not the last word in such things, but it's all I've got - they've got Ladd 5/13 in LA (Carson, Savalas et al) and Tiegs 5/22 (Robert Plant). #SoManyCheryls

That's all wrong. 5/13 in L.A.: Bo Derek, Dancing Barry. Telly Savales never appeared. LN. 5/22: Ladd, Plant.

Probably some well-meaning early adopter populating the LN ep list 20-odd years ago with TV Guide listings or something. But it shows how easily inaccuracies propagate. Looks like she was promoting a TV mini series co-starring Sam Elliott. Do you take requests, Don?
