I was just remembering this one bit where they have him drawing numbers for a sweepstakes, and he just keeps spinning the wheel with this mischievous glint in his eyes. He never draws any numbers; he just keeps spinning the wheel. 
“Hope to keep [the Kalter Highlights] in one part…” Ah hahahahaha! What was I thinking?

One of the first jobs I ever worked as a cater waiter in NYC was a charity auction event at the MoMA, where Mr. Kalter was the celebrity auctioneer. I briefly met him and his wife, also served them -- such a kind, great man.
