I’m finally beginning prep work for the Alan Kalter retrospective. A Mailbag batch from April 3, 1998, consists of segments with Kenny Sheehan, Tony Mendez, and Alan. That’s when it hits home.

Thank you for making these great videos, Don. I don’t remember the context (actually it’s funnier without one) but one time Alan dressed in a green jumpsuit with a poster behind him of Chairman Mao and it was outstanding.
I plan for one of Alan’s “chapters” a montage of all his his outfits. Some had a purpose for a comedy bit, others were never explained. It just was.
