CSPAN blocked a clip of mine a couple years ago. It had aired on “Hardball”; I challenged it, and the block was withdrawn.
They’ve been very good on this issue for many years. I have several thousand hearings on line, the contentid takedowns I get are from NBC, Sony, various crazy groups. Our source for the video is the House Broadcast Studio. CSPAN always been on the side of the public.
The clip I posted is when I was a call in guest when Brian Lamb hosted a call-in segment after the '88 Dukakis/Bush debate. So I'm sure that rides the line.
