This looks great. Video quality is superb. I wonder if you’ll have copyright issues with CSPAN. And 6 months? Give yourself a bit more time. Like 3-4 years. :)
That CSPAN footage is from '88. Let'em come at me! 
And as for 6 months, yeah, probably no way -- but one can dream.
