Finished converting 113 Tony Mendez video clips from 16:9 aspect ratio to 4:3. Add 12 more for the next stage, diluting the watermarks. That may take close to a week; it's a slow process. Then finally on to editing.

Don’t underestimate the possibility that some people will watch a live stream of the defrosting …in lieu of actual content
I have the webcam all set up. I used to wait two years to defrost; the resulting deep freeze meant taking 12 hours. Now I do it every few months, and it takes only 4. Still, it’d be nice to have a more modern refrigerator.
