Finished converting 113 Tony Mendez video clips from 16:9 aspect ratio to 4:3. Add 12 more for the next stage, diluting the watermarks. That may take close to a week; it's a slow process. Then finally on to editing.

Tackling this methodically step by step has taken a while, but I think it's paid off when sorting hundreds of clips into self-contained clusters (with some overlap).

I tried to construct a loose narrative that may make some sense. Folks might actually like it. Now to begin defrosting the freezer.

The aspect ratio conversions turns out to be a bust, as AfterEffects isn’t pleased. So I’ll instead dilute the watermarks first, _then_ convert from 16:9 to 4:3. A total waste of an entire day and night.

I have the webcam all set up. I used to wait two years to defrost; the resulting deep freeze meant taking 12 hours. Now I do it every few months, and it takes only 4. Still, it’d be nice to have a more modern refrigerator.
