In Dave’s defence…My family had a cottage on the Rideau between Kingston and Ottawa. One day two guys showed up at the local beach with a film crew. They water-skied, fought with paddles, did a whole bit for maybe the four or five families there.

I was a little guy and had no idea who they were…my older cousin was excited and said it was the McKenzie Brothers (they looked a little different in speedos and lifejackets). They were doing a cross-Canada full-court press, that day going from Toronto to Ottawa someone said.
