It's interesting that they used a clip of Burt Reynolds hosting SNL to contrast Carson and SNL. Reynolds was the consummate Carson guest and guest hosted for him few times. He was not a counter culture type entertainer. #StoryOfLateNight @zinoman @thedonz5
All I can tell you about Part 2 is that the Dave on Costas clips came from me, because NBC couldn’t find it in their archives.

When the crew and I were driving up to my place for me to pretend to do stuff, I asked if they were going to interview other “civilians” besides me. Yes, they had lined up a political scientist. She made the cut tonight.
