Had the problem a few months ago where I could connect my desktop pc directly to the cable modem and it worked, but no wifi connected devices would connect my network. Replaced the router and everything worked fine afterwards.
Just turned off, disconnected everything, Then rebooted, connected everything back. No change.

Since desktop works, you may need a new router.

A temporary fix would be to share the internet connection on the wired computer, assuming it has wifi to share.
