Internet Connection Experts out there -- I can get online on the desktop but no connection on any of the iPads or laptops. Repaired permissions, rebooted, disconnected, then reconnected all ethernet connections, router, cable-modem.

Presumably your desktop uses a wired ethernet connection and your iPad and laptop are using WiFi? Can you try plugging an ethernet cable into your laptop and verify that works? If so, sounds like you just have an issue with your WiFi.

I'll give that a shot.

Just curious... are the peripherals connected via WIFI or via direct ethernet cables? Is there an ethernet switch in use?

Only the desktop is physically connected to router, which in turn connected to the Cable-Modem. Everything else WIFI.

If ethernet connected devices like the desktop is fine than it's Wi-Fi. Are you able to connect to the Wi-Fi and it's not receiving internet? Or can you not see the Wi-fi at all.
-
No WIFI icon on top of iPad screen, laptop struggling but unable to connect.
