      Don, this is a fantastic series, and I'm loving all of the touches that only you could bring--the end of the Cavett collection, the montage of "Is Merv Griffin dead?" jokes, and everything else.

      “1965” is a guess. I went with the opening montage art and Dick’s guest Noel Harrison performing “Mr. Tambourine Man.” And the Serendipity Singers. And did you notice Louise Lasser’s name zip by?
