Don, this is a fantastic series, and I'm loving all of the touches that only you could bring--the end of the Cavett collection, the montage of "Is Merv Griffin dead?" jokes, and everything else.

I haven't gotten to Paar yet--I'm trying to savor these slowly. (I'd guess Paar and Dave talk about Hal Gurnee some, too.) I remembered that Hal had worked with Paar, of course, but I didn't know before seeing the end of the Cavett video that they had worked together.
