Attn. New Yorkers: A friend alerted me today, and it’s since been confirmed, that we’re now a go for vaccination eligibility for ages 65 and up. Schedule your two-dose appointments now. I’m set for February 19 and March 12.

Did you call for your appointments or did they call you?

All online. I did it via Mount Sinai’s vaccination site.

Just tried and MS Vaccination Prescreening questionnaire said that 65 and over are not accepted yet.

Select “Yes” to the “75” option. It just hasn’t been updated yet. Once you clear that, you’ll be asked for birthdate. And more things to check. You’ll be fine.

I had the same hesitation, but it’s ok re “75.”
