There were 14 HGNTK during those 5 weeks, then 44 more up to May 1993. Plus two more during the next extended writers strike when the show returned in early 2008. So a long ways to go. Likely in several parts.

I'm preparing a compilation of all of Hal Gurnee's Network Time Killers. They began during the 1988 writers strike. I just finished extracting the clips from the 5 weeks of writer-less shows, a period where Dave was flying by the seat of his pants. Great tv.
