I hope this comes across as intended and not seen as some sort of self-pitiful cry-baby rant — that Faces project — I thought/hoped it might have gotten more traction than it did, but it, like most of my other DL uploads, was just another flash in the pan.

Which suggests to me that we’re a niche group, fans of a bygone era that just doesn’t have the sort of widespread appeal I thought it still might. Sure, there are tiny corners out there discovering a past never experienced, and that’s wonderful,
