I hope this comes across as intended and not seen as some sort of self-pitiful cry-baby rant — that Faces project — I thought/hoped it might have gotten more traction than it did, but it, like most of my other DL uploads, was just another flash in the pan.
Which suggests to me that we’re a niche group, fans of a bygone era that just doesn’t have the sort of widespread appeal I thought it still might. Sure, there are tiny corners out there discovering a past never experienced, and that’s wonderful,
But for the rest of the human race, it just doesn’t have that appeal, either anymore or ever. Just taking stock of some realities is all.
For what it's worth, these uploads mean the world to me. Don't be discouraged.

I was the only one in my admittedly small cohort who watched Dave for his entire run. We are a niche group and I'm sorry your hard work isn't more widely appreciated, but I for one always felt a bit superior to the masses watching Leno. Dave was sharply funny, not for everyone.
