I've dealt with something similar. What's your relationship like with WWP? Establishing some kind of "permission" would be helpful. Do you have anything from them showing that there's an understanding that they'll leave you be?
Per a friend’s suggestion, I replied to YT’s copyright notice: “The issue isn’t about my not having the necessary rights to post the content on YouTube. The issue is that CBS does not own the rights to the content I uploaded, and thus the takedown was issued in error.”

I had a channel sunk by this very same thing. Even when the claimant isn't the copyright holder, it's tough to fight if you can't establish ownership or authorization. Especially when the claimant is a big shot. Bar for YT passing on counter notices can be higher.
