I’m sure I’ve missed important pieces of this but what makes CBS’s takedown illegal? Are the rights fully owned by WWP?
I fully expect CBS to continue pulling this crap — and getting away with it — until Worldwide Pants chooses to intervene. Until or unless that happens, I also fully expect to lose the channel — again — this time from CBS’s illegal takedowns.
