YouTube rejected my copyright challenge, saying I had no legal standing. Which means CBS will continue to do this unless Worldwide Pants sets them straight.

For what it's worth, I think there's something in the air today. I randomly got a Facebook notification this morning about a post from 2013. It was a side by side of Churchill and Hitler. Didn't say anybody reported it.

I know this would be a long shot, but have you tried reaching out to CBS with a polite letter explaining that someone in their company is wrongly claiming copyright on your videos which aren't owned by them?
