Uh oh — the 9-17-01 Late Show was taken down by CBS. I’m awaiting clarification on who owns the show — CBS or Worldwide Pants. If the latter is confirmed, I’ll challenge it. If not, I may soon be in a world of hurt. Again.

I wouldn't be that upset to lose the CBS years, really. But, I understand how as a completist, you would be.
It’s not losing the CBS years, it’s the accumulated strikes that’ll kill the channel. Again.

Right. I mean, I assume of the worst is true, you'd take down all the CBS material before more strikes happened. Which would screw up several compilations which have both NBC and CBS stuff. That I'd hate to see happen.

The word is it’s not CBS’s call. So they’re obligated to retract their claim. Whether they do or don’t will take us to the next stage.
