That's like asking who your favorite child is. There were distinct eras, all with their particular strengths and weaknesses. Articulating that is a job for actual writers, like @zinoman, @wjcarter, or @kentucker.

If we're talking just anniversary shows, the 3rd one (Late Night baby) crystallizes the smart-controlled-anarchy spirit of the show like no other. Though I lean earlier-the-better, my favorite single episode is Summertime Sunshine Happy Hour.
As far as individual shows, for me, Parents Night from 2-25-86 is up there. It encapsulated everything about the enterprise.
