Here’s an incomplete idea. Before 9/11 the intro to each show contained two jokes. The “from New York...” joke and the “and now a man who...” joke. And they were generally very funny! Just thinking out loud about a format to capture them. Anyway, be safe.
I’ve set up a database cataloging them all. Only up to late August ‘82. A long ways to go.
