Interesting - the good people at Carson Entertainment Group claimed copyright for 3 videos: two were the "Suits of" collections, the other when Dave guested on Regis's "Morning Show" in '84. The claims are for the same 1 clip in all: the Velcro Suit jump.

No strikes/takedowns, just copyright claim, where they monetize. No problem there. Just curious that that’s the only video among all the other LN “suits” that they selected.

It’s the same duration clip that aired on The Tonight Show when Dave was a guest on July 17, 1984. So it looks like the Carson group is basing their claim on its airing on their show. Even though I’ve not uploaded that particular appearance. Odd.

Didn't Carson Entertainment produce Dave's NBC show?

I’ve never understood the ownership/production arrangement between Carson and NBC.

Yeah. The whole copyright thing is confusing. I don't see a lot of difference between this and the Prince problem you had.

The difference was that it was Prince. :)
