Typically, entering anything starting with “http” in an Excel sheet will automatically hyperlink it. Have you tried dropping it into Excel and seeing what happens? If you like, send it to me as a text file or whatever format you have there and I can take a swing at it.
Unfortunately, none of the links are "live." Nor are they copyable. Unless anyone can figure out otherwise.
