Her heartbreaking testimony today rang completely true. If the defense did play this in court today, as I suggested before they must be desperate. I hope he's convicted and that brings her, and all the victims some measure of peace. (Don I know you had no choice but to comply.)

Yeah, I know I was legally required to present the defense with the video, but I'll always feel that I helped enable them.

And it turns out they did indeed play it. There are numerous news reports about it.

I can't imagine it undermined her in any way with the jury.

She’s not one of the accusers in the trial, because the statute of limitations had expired for her. Or there was a state law thing, I forget. She was called as the prosecution’s first witness to set the timeline and pattern of Weinstein’s rape history.
