I checked this last song in the YT "Music Policies" database, and it's definitely a no-no. But I had put it up a couple years ago as Unlisted, and it wasn't blocked, just monetized by the copyright claimant. It's still up, so maybe there'll be no issues.
And this song was uploaded in its entirety by someone else a few years ago. It's also still up. So we'll see.
