Tremendous. Didn't Renee Fleming do a list that would have fit?

Watching it now. 9-25-13. The premise is different — Top Ten Opera Lyrics, with much longer entries that totaled 7 minutes — but yes, I should have included it. But then I’d have to add J.E. Jones’ “Effects of Y2K.” (1)

Of course, I’m just trying to rationalize here. The selections were based on searches for “when said/spoken/sung,” so Fleming was under the radar. Next time. (2/x)

I'm not arguing. I think Marilyn Horne just brought Fleming to mind, and I remember her really enjoying it.

I didn't sense any arguing. Not including Fleming was a valid point. I blame the databases. :)

That came out wrong. You mentioning her as part of the collection was a valid point.

You were fine. I just wanted to make sure my tone wasn't misinterpreted, and it wasn't. (The perils of Twitter.)

Yeah we need a tail-wagging emoji. Which goes against everything I feel about emojis.
