Someone needs to put together a GoFundMe to buy you an iMac Pro. (would you accept?) (I love the aesthetic of the older versions of Mac OS X, but every time I see you post a screenshot, I just shudder with how long it must take to render your videos.)

Ha! Thanks. I’ll just take the dough. :) I edit all videos on a 2007 Mac Pro. Mostly in iMovie, but I use Final Cut Pro for the more complicated projects (manually syncing split-screens) or fixing audio channels.

That’s not too dissimilar from “I take all of the photos and videos of my kids with a 2007 iPhone” (which didn’t even have video capability).
I have to admire the loyalty to the old, classic stuff.

I didn’t mention the 2000 G4 (9.2.2) for music typesetting on a long-defunct application. The 1996 PowerMac 7600, 1988 Mac II, and 1985 Mac 512 are tucked away.
