Ok — last night, while soliciting help for the UMG stuff, I emailed the head of Carson Entertainment (you all know the story). This morning he agreed to rescind all of his takedowns. The channel is up. But all videos are down. (1/2)
Hopefully it’s just the channel rebooting, but I emailed @youtube copyright to ask them to fix this. So we’ll not out of the woods yet, but a major step forward.

I was finally able to delete all Carson clips grabbed from the licensing site and let the Carson folks know. So the agreement is honored. I asked if uploading broadcast captures was ok. If they are, I’ll put up it up from my own collection.
How do you get youtube to respond to you!? Seriously? Best way to get in contact with them? (And thank you for the hours of entertainment sir)
