Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) took the action. They’re currently the 2nd-largest music publishing company, next to Sony/ATV, with a catalog of over 3 million songs. I figure if it wasn’t Prince, it’d be someone else.

Don, is it always a problem with the music? If you ever get access again how about uploading without the musical sets. Just tweeting out of frustration...I’m sure you’ve thought of all this.

It’s never been an issue before. Tons of music performances are monetized by the copyright claimants; a few are blocked. But this is the first time they’ve been taken down.
