I've still got my guy who works for Alphabet (Google), although not specifically YouTube. I think he knows someone who does, though. I'm super busy this weekend, but send me a msg. on Monday with some specifics if it's still broken then and I'll reach out to see if he can help.
Folks, advice is well-intentioned, but it's not useful. I need help from @youtube, and so far they've been silent.
