Man, this is exasperating. After initial twitter interaction 2 days ago, @youtube is no longer responding to my plea to fix the inability to change from Hidden to Public channel.

I am not exactly a YouTube expert, and am curious: I'm assuming that they somehow stripped you of common user functions (like switching from private to public)??
With the channel "Hidden," I can't comment, upload, access counts. If I can return to "Public," all will be well. But the error message persists.

Just a thought--have you tried addressing your concerns on Reddit? (I presume you've made a healthy search on the googles and came up short) Redditers might be able to help (or not)
